If a member of the University community is found to be in violation of policy, any disciplinary action is handled via the normal process that would apply for other types of infractions.

If an authorized visitor, departmental computing user, or other sponsored account-holder is in violation of policy, including copyright policy, the University department, sponsor or host may be held accountable.

If the matter involves illegal action, law enforcement agencies may become involved.
